Order Processing:
As a Standard Shipping Policy all orders received before 6.00 PM EST on a week day are processed on same day and shipped out the next day if the item(s) is in stock. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
We ship all orders by Registered Air post (including shipments to post box or APO/FPO adresses). There are 15% handling and shipping charges for orders from any country. Overnight shipping is currently not available and all orders are queued with a high priority status.
We ship to most countries of the world. You can contact our Customer Service to find out delivery options for your region. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility.
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging not mentioning the contents of the shipment for your privacy.
Delivery Time:
The delivery normally takes 14-18 working days but might take up to 20 working days in exceptional cases. In case your parcel does not arrive within 30 days, we will re-send your order without any charges or refund your full paid amount including the shipping charges.
Some times the custom department of a country detains the products for inspection. In such cases, please allow additional time for mail delays and we will prefer to re-send you an other pack.
Order Tracking:
Tracking is avaible only for parcels shipped to USA, Canada , UK and some other countries. 48 hours after the dispatch of shipment, we get a tracking number from postal department. Buyer can track the order on postal website of their own country ( when it arrives in their country) or at website http://ep.gov.pk for confirmation that the parcel has left for buyers country. Buyer can send us an email to get this tracking number. Returns and Replacements: If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, the customer is eligible for a full refund or a reshipment. If a product is damaged in shipment or a wrong item or expired items is shipped, we will immediately resend the order and you may not need to return your item.
If you want to return the item due to any other reason, please send us an email here to get the returning instructions.In such case we will not refund the posting and handling charges. Only the product price will be refunded after receiving back the product.
An order can not be cancelled after the shipment, unless it is received by the buyer and returned back to us.

We ship all products with a 90 days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product (within 90 days after shipment), simply return us the remaining pack or even empty bottle.
